The download button is not prompting the right action in Safari. Works fine for me on Chrome but on Safari, instead of downloading, it brings you to a full screen player.2 votes
We’re looking for a solution to this, but with Safari, it’s not completely evident as to how to have the same interaction across certain file types.
I saw in multiple occasions that when downloading a file from
Default seems to use TLS 1.0 instead of TLS 1.2 (This is bad =s)
Also, but less problematic, the webserver _seems_ to delivers a preferred TLS connection with a ciphersuite
You could upgrade the default to something like
Hi there! Thanks for noticing this. Our tech team has taken this into account, and I think we’ll be updating to 1.2 next week!
Can't find anything about security , encryption , privacy, selling information to third party. Nothing....

Hello. Here is a new link that better describes the basics of the encryption method we use. http://help.infinit.io/knowledgebase/articles/517179-can-you-provide-details-about-your-peer-to-peer-en While you’re right that we haven’t published anything for the general public, we will soon have a more elaborate explanation of the technology we use and its functionality. Sorry for the incredibly long delay.
I have added my own domain to the inifint, but all downloadlinks that are made by infinit are still https://infinit.io/_/XXXX. I can manually change this to my own added domain and this works, but that's not really a friendly option.
I also added a background image in the branding option, but this doesn't seem to show up anywhere. These things are still holding me back using Infinit to communicate with my clients instead of a custum wetransfer. Although Inifinit is many times more easy and friendly to use
Fix those issues and Infinit is the thing I use!1 vote
Thanks for your suggestions! We’ll be releasing an update very soon that will generate your links using your custom domain automatically. It really shouldn’t be much longer now. Regarding the background image, could you please get in touch with me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can exchange further?
We’ll be adding tutorial videos to the website this month or next for every platform in order to offer some more visibility on how to use Infinit from the get-go.
