It has been a long time since this feature has been requested, and while we have gone through several major changes at Infinit, we’re finally coming up on a version of Infinit that can be manipulated via command line. As we move closer to a final version, I’ll update everyone here. Please feel free to share this feature request with anyone you think might be interested in command line file transfer!

Yes, CLI runs everywhere and it's easier to develop than GUI, before supporting different Linux distributions, CLI is urgently needed.

This will be a great improvement! Althought some of us use Dropbox with its Nautilus extension for Ubuntu, most users generally use command line to do file manipulation so that's better.
Who doesn't mind typing `infinit send my_file` and getting back the URL?

Extending from this an OS X CLI ability would be really useful to send people files directly from the command line
