create a better method of getting in touch
I've tried to find a solution online, but have had no luck so far. It's happened twice now that I try sending files to my phone through my laptop but when I open the app on my phone I am unable to do anything. The app says that I am offline. It's completely frustrating because you provide no method of resolving errors like these. How am I supposed to resolve this issue?! Something has to be done, it's annoying not having an easier method of getting a hold of your team.
